Founding partner
Daniel is the Founding Partner at Aaxman Capital. Prior to founding AxCap he was the CEO and co-founder of an independent investment boutique, providing wealthy individuals & family offices with wealth and asset management services. Over the course of +20 years he launched investment strategies and investment firms within a broad range of asset management themes, hereunder Private equity, Real estate, Regulatory capital investments and niche strategies. Recently, Daniel has invested in various scale-up companies and participated in multiple startups and angel investments.
Nicolas Trad
Founding Partner
Nicolas has spent his professional career building companies, managing transformation and driving growth. He founded the RepTrak Company in 2004 and spent 15 years leading the company to becoming one of the leading global tech companies within the brand & reputation insights space. He has advised global companies like Saudi Aramco, Emirates, Petrobras, BBVA and the like. Nicolas has 15 years of experience in supporting global businesses within areas such as ESG, Reputation, CSR and sustainability. Nicolas has used his global network coupled with his experience within the corporate world to identify and invest in growth cases throughout his career. Nicolas serves on various Boards including RepTrak and Axcap.
Søren Friis
Chief Financial officer
Søren previously worked for eleven years at BWB Partners and four years at Procuritas Private Equity in charge of fund management. Before that he worked for four years as CFO of a trading company and an IT development firm. He started his career working for ten years with PJAarup, State Authorised Public Accountants and have a long track-record in Private Equity and Real Estate.
Søren is a state authorised public accountant (CPA) and holds an MSc in Taxation, Law, finance and Accounting.
William Bager
Associate Director
William is responsible for our analysis of our pipeline flow, from preliminary screening all the way to Investment Committee. He is handling our Investor Relations and is a part of the Investment Committee and will continuously help us improve our investment process. Prior to AxCap, he spent 3 years building experience as an Investment Analyst in various private equity companies and is currently also a member of the Investment Board at the VC-company, Dreamcraft Ventures.
He finished his master's studies in MSc Economics and Business Administration at CBS in the summer of 2022 with the highest remark.
Philip Garde
Director
Philip brings over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong background in both front- and back-office operations, as well as customer care. Most recently, he served as Director at Lannebo Fonder, overseeing the Danish market. Before that, he was Head of Relations at Secure Spectrum.
In both roles, Philip successfully expanded and promoted the business in Denmark, focusing on outreach sales to potential institutional and private clients.
He holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (HD (F)) from CBS.
